Comments: Mr. Brocker of Lifetime Exteriors & Windows visited my home to measure 11 windows and provide a quote. I was shown a sample of the windows that would work best for my home and budget. Afterwards, I saw two additional window sellers/installers for quotes. One company sent a salesman that worked on commission. He was determined to sell me what he thought was best for my home without considering my concerns and budget. The other company was a big box store that contracted the work out. That was a red flag for me. I appreciated the personal touch that owner Mr. Brocker provided. He came to my home himself. We considered many options and Mr. Brocker respectfully and patiently reassured me that his company would guarantee my satisfaction. His first visit was Jan 26,2018. Second visit I made the decision to hire on Mar 23, 2018. My windows were installed on Apr 20, 2018. I am writing this review two months after installation because I do not like to take the time to do so but also, because it gives me time to look for flaws and/or inconsistencies. I have found none. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Brocker!
